What’s in the name?

Name of non-profit community trust: Vector Group Holdings Inc

Name Concept: A vector is an angle starting from one point and reaching outwards indefinitely. Like vision, a vector begins at one point and moves beyond the peripheral. Like arms stretched outward and upward in the logo. A vector also signifies motion.

A quantity having direction as well as magnitude, especially as determining the position of one point in space relative to another.

Logo concept is a community of people in relationship with outstretched arms forming a tree with a variety of fruit. Shelter, support, outcome, rest, creativity, fun.
